The Tempranillo vines used to produce this wine are from cuttings imported from Spain, where the varietal has become world-famous. It offers earthy and spicy flavors reminiscent of Spain, with layers of dark berry, blueberry and cherry along with a hint of vanilla from oak aging. The wine’s medium body and full-flavor complements a wide variety of foods, including roasted meat and shellfish in a spice sauce.

The grapes selected for this wine were sourced from select California Vineyards (including Lodi and Monterey). The winemaking process ensures the maximum color and flavors are extracted and contact with French and American Oak over several months gives the wine complexity and ripe fruit characters.

Aged in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel, this chardonnay is both rich and pure. Lemon zest, green apple and spice aromas lead into mouth-coating citrus, toasted coconut, nutmeg, cardamom and apple flavors and a bright fruit finish.

Deep rich brick red color, ripe vigorous and fruity nose. A vigorous mouthful of fresh red fruits, with a solid tannic structure and a long harmonious finish. Ideally to be served as an accompaniment to cheese, dessert, or on its own at the end of a meal.

The chardonnay is a youthful, pale yellow in color with zesty citrus, orange blossom, and lime custard aromas. It has lively fruit flavors of lime, nectarine and pear, with hints of vanilla and butterscotch. The refreshing acidity and silky palate texture, combined with the bright fruit aromas and flavors make it an ideal accompaniment to roasted chicken or grilled salmon.

The Cachuma California Cabernet Sauvignon displays very pretty cherry and berry fruit characteristics. A backdrop of oak enhances the wine without overpowering the fruit. Lush, soft tannins and a lingering aftertaste make this the perfect wine for causal dining and entertaining.

Aged in French and American oak barrels, this wine has aromas and flavors of plum, currant, vanilla and black pepper (with subtle smoky and floral hints), an inviting fruitiness and supple tannins that lead to a satisfying finish.

This Chardonnay has bright pear and citrus flavors with a touch of vanilla and brown spice. The wine’s creamy texture and richness offers a lush mouth feel and a refreshing, clean finish.

The 2006 vintage begins with inviting aromas – red cherry, berry and currant, mingled with spicy hints of cedar. A taste reveals a palate rich in flavors of wild berry and notes of vanilla and toasted oak. Well-balanced and graceful, this wine makes an elegant companion to grilled meats, ravioli in a creamy tomato sauce or spicy seafood dishes such as Manhattan style clam chowder.
