GoFirst is available beginning 24 hours prior to departure on domestic flights for $50-$250, depending on length of flight.
GoEnvoy is available beginning 24 hours prior to departure on flights to/from Europe for $400 - $600 (depending on where you're going). GoEnvoy upgrades are available the day of departure at the airport ticket counter.
GoEnvoySleeper is available to customers with an Envoy Class ticket to upgrade to a lie-flat seat. GoEnvoySleeper upgrades are available the day of departure at the airport ticket counter.
Platinum and Chairman's Preferred members booked in Envoy can upgrade to EnvoySleeper any time before departure. Call the Preferred help desk to buy an upgrade with an advance seating assignment for you and a guest.

Terms & Conditions
Upgrades are available for purchase on flights for which a customer holds a confirmed, paid ticket. Upgrades are not available for stand-by passengers. Payment of upgrade is due before a seat assignment will be made. GoUpgrades can be purchased up to 24 hours prior to departure. GoFirst North America and GoEnvoy upgrades are available through Reservations and at the airport. GoEnvoySleeper upgrades can be purchased on the day of departure at the airport in PHL and CLT as well as the European departure city. Chairman's and Platinum Preferred members can purchase upgrades with the purchase of a paid Envoy Class fare to Envoy Sleeper any time in advance of travel. Upgrades are sold based on availability. Complimentary upgrades are still available for Preferred members when traveling in North America. The GoEnvoySleeper upgrade is only available on the A330. Customers can upgrade from Coach to GoEnvoySleeper at the airport on the day of departure for $800 ($600 to upgrade into Envoy Class, and $300 for the lie-flat seat).
