Meet me at the airport

Conduct business in comfort and convenience at the airport. Traveling or not*, anyone can take advantage of our state-of-the art conference facilities. Both members and non-members can book our luxurious conference rooms or our full service business center**. To reserve a conference room at one of the US Airways Club locations, simply call the corresponding Club location.

Features and amenities

Conference rooms are available in most locations nationwide, and a full-service business center is available at our Charlotte location. Our conference facilities include:

  • Speakerphones
  • White boards
  • Flip charts
  • Adjustable lighting
  • PC projection units
  • Overhead projector
  • Conventional slide projector
  • TV and VCR
  • Catering

Conference rooms are available to members for $35 per hour. Non-members may also reserve conference rooms for $90 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour.

Pricing varies based on conference room size. Rooms may be rented for a minimum of one hour. After the first hour, rooms are rented in half-hour increments.

*If anyone in your party will not be traveling, we can arrange a gate pass or escort through security.

** Business center facilities are only available in Charlotte.
