Premier Freight (PMF) - guaranteed service

  • Guaranteed product
  • Pre-booking required
  • Transit time: flight specific
  • Max weight 350 lbs/pc on narrow body aircraft and 150 lbs/pc on regional aircraft
  • 100% refund on approved service failure claims

Priority (PRI)

  • Guaranteed product
  • Pre-booking required
  • Transit time: flight specific
  • Max weight 350 lbs/pc on narrow body aircraft and 150 lbs/pc on regional aircraft
  • Approved Service Failure Claims will be refunded to the actual service rendered

General Freight (GEN)

  • Pre-booking not required
  • Product is space available, typical transit time is 72 hours
  • Max weight 350 lbs/pc on narrow body aircraft and 150 lbs/pc on regional aircraft 72 hours
  • Not eligible for Service Failure Claims

Following conditions apply:

  • Tender times: PPK 60 minutes prior to departure (unless otherwise noted), domestic 2 hours prior to departure
  • Surcharges: Domestic fuel and security are based on chargeable weight
  • Freight charges: Domestic freight charges are based on chargeable weight
  • DIM Factors: Domestic and SJU is L+W+H in inches/194
  • All shipments subject to governing rules and classifications stated in the most recent official Airline Freight Rules (published by ATPCO)
  • Freight is loaded in the following priority: PPK, PMF, PRI, GEN

International

All international shipments must be pre-booked through the US Airways Cargo Contact Center at 888-300-0099 for service guarantees to apply.

International shipments destined to Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Puerto Rico* may be sent as Premier International (PMF), Priority International (PRI), or General International (GEN).

*Note: San Juan, Puerto Rico shipments may be accepted on domestic (preferred) or international air waybills.
