Rio de Janeiro

The second largest city in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro is a vibrant city famous for its striking landscape, annual Carnival celebrations, hotel-lined tourist beaches, samba music and dance and Maracanã, one of the world's largest soccer stadiums. Each year as many people visit Rio as live there – to ride cable cars up to Sugar Loaf mountain (the only site where you can view the whole of Copacabana beach), to take the train to see world-famous 'Christ the Redeemer,' and to explore Tijuca, the world's largest urban forest, which is home to hundreds of species of plants and wildlife, many threatened by extinction.
Experience 'The Marvelous City, full of a thousand charms' with our daily service to Rio de Janeiro from our Charlotte hub.
A Visa is required for most travelers including U.S., Canadian and Mexican citizens.
