Platinum and Chairman's Preferred members booked in Envoy can buy upgrades to Envoy Sleeper any time before departure. Call the Preferred Help Desk to buy an upgrade with an advance seating assignment for you and a guest.

*Dividend Miles members are no longer required to purchase a minimum value fare. You can use 30,000 miles and pay $300 to upgrade to Envoy on trips to Europe and South America. Trips to the Middle East can be upgraded for 40,000 miles and $300. Any travel from France or the United Kingdom is subject to additional international taxes. All upgrades are subject to availability. Chairman’s members still get two free Envoy upgrades each year.
