As a Dividend Miles member, you can upgrade to First Class or Envoy on US Airways flights. Mileage upgrades are capacity controlled. To upgrade your reservation using Dividend Miles, call Reservations at 800-428-4322.

Platinum and Chairman's Preferred members booked in Envoy can buy upgrades to Envoy Sleeper any time before departure. Call the Preferred Help Desk to buy an upgrade with an advance seating assignment for you and a guest.

New Envoy upgrade policy

On August 15, 2009, Dividend Miles members will no longer be required to purchase a minimum value fare (currently $1,400 roundtrip or $700 one way). Instead, you can use 30,000 miles and pay $300 to upgrade to Envoy on trips to Europe and South America. Trips to the Middle East can be upgraded for 40,000 miles and $300. All upgrades are subject to availability.

Chairman's members still get two complimentary Envoy upgrades each year.
