DHL

Prepaid ShipReady from DHL Express must be purchased in quantities of 10. Delivery only within the contiguous 48 United States is guaranteed by noon the next business day to most areas. All services are not available in all areas and are subject to DHL Terms and Conditions, as stated on the ShipReady packaging and as published at www.dhl-usa.com. ShipReady is not recommended for items valued over $100 and all shipments must be able to close properly using the existing packaging. Program available to new DHL customers only. ShipReady returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Miles are earned per US Dollar spent.

 

e-Miles

Please allow up to 16 weeks for miles to post to your account. e-Miles terms and conditions apply. The e-Miles Service is limited to one account per individual, even if individual has multiple email addresses. Member must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for participation in the e-Miles Service. Member must be a legal resident of the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam or U.S. Virgin Islands to be eligible for participation in the e-Miles Service.

 

e-Rewards

Offer valid for Dividend Miles members. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for miles to be posted to your account. e-Rewards terms and conditions apply.

 

Energy Plus

Members will earn 2 miles for every $1 spent on the supply portion of the monthly bill, which equates to roughly half of the monthly bill amount. Your local utility company will continue to deliver your electricity. 3,000 bonus miles will be awarded to Dividend Miles members at the close of your second billing cycle with Energy Plus. . Promotional mileage and bonus offer only available to new Energy Plus customers. Energy Plus reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program and other special offers cannot be combined with this offer. Dividend Miles members signing up for Energy Plus service save by qualifying to have the sales tax permanently waived off of the delivery portion of the monthly bill. Sales tax can be up to 9.9% of the delivery portion of the monthly bill. Please allow 8-12 weeks for miles earned to appear in your Dividend Miles account. All US Airways Dividend Miles terms and conditions apply.

 

Network Solutions
