Airport kiosks
Enhanced security regulations now require all passengers to have their boarding pass prior to reaching the security checkpoint. Please ensure you arrive at the airport at the recommended check-in time and receive your boarding pass.

Fast & easy, self-service, check-in kiosk

Airport kiosks allow customers with e-ticketed, domestic reservations (travel within the U.S. only) to bypass the ticket counter. To use the kiosk, simply enter your confirmation number, Dividend Miles number or insert a major credit card (for identification purposes only) to begin the self-service check-in process and follow the instructions on the touch screen. The kiosk is free and easy to use and allows most customers to check-in in less than one minute.

Take advantage of the following self-service features:

  • Check in for a flight
  • Change a seat assignment
  • Standby for an earlier flight
  • Receive complimentary upgrades to First Class for Preferred members (if available)
  • Pay for upgrades to First Class for non-Preferred Dividend Miles members (if available)
  • Check baggage and receive a boarding pass
  • Add a frequent flyer number to a reservation

Emergency exit row/airport kiosk notice

Please be advised that airport kiosks will not print a boarding pass for customers seated in exit rows. The FAA requires that an agent verify in person that a customer is qualified for exit row seating. If you have selected an exit row, please check-in at the kiosk and continue to the kiosk agent to receive your boarding pass.
