Star Alliance Gold and Silver status provides unique recognition and rewards whenever you travel on a Star Alliance member airline. Sign up and take advantage of the benefits. (Certain restrictions apply.)

Star Alliance Gold benefits:

• Awarded to Chairman's, Platinum & Gold Preferred Dividend Miles members
• Priority Airport Standby - gives you the flexibility to change plans at the last minute when you don't have a reservation for a specific flight (not permitted for Star Alliance Award tickets; government restrictions apply in Brazil)
• Priority airport check-in - avoid long lines regardless of paid fare or class of service
• Priority baggage handling - like you, your bags get priority treatment and are among the first to be unloaded
• Extra baggage allowance - 1 additional piece of luggage (applies on flights between North and South America)
• Priority boarding - enjoy the freedom of boarding at your convenience along with First and Business Class passengers (where available)
• International airport lounge access - available worldwide for you and a friend when you travel with any Star Alliance airline on an international flight regardless of your class of travel. (Guests must enter with eligible Star Alliance Gold Customer)
• Star Alliance Gold lounge access not available when traveling domestically in North America; or from North America to Latin America or the Caribbean. (However, restrictions shall not apply and lounge access shall be permitted when traveling to SJO, GDL and MEX.) Travel itinerary must include at least 1 international trans-border flight to qualify for Star Gold lounge access on the corresponding Star Alliance airline.

Star Alliance Silver benefits:

• Awarded to Silver Preferred Dividend Miles members

Missing Miles

Airline partner miles should be credited to the members account within 90 days of the transaction. Flights flown on our airline partners prior to enrollment in the Dividend Miles program are not eligible for credit.

To credit missing flight activity for any travel on a partner airline, write the Dividend Miles Service Center at the address below and include your name, address, account number and a copy of the ticket receipt(s) and the original boarding pass(es), indicating seat assignments. These documents must be submitted via mail.
